Cet article vise a reproduire une etude suggerant que la psychotherapie s'avere aussi efficace en videoconference qu'en face-a-face, ainsi qu'a comparer la qualite de l'alliance therapeutique entre ces deux facons d'offrir la therapie. Quarante-cinq adultes souffrant d'un trouble panique avec agoraphobie recoivent un traitement individuel de 12 seances. Les analyses revelent que la therapie a un impact significatif, peu importe qu'elle se deroule en face-a-face ou par videoconference. L'alliance therapeutique, mesuree apres la cinquieme rencontre de therapie, s'avere d'excellente qualite dans les deux conditions. Les resultats confirment ainsi que l'on peut offrir avec succes une telepsychotherapie.
