Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In Canada, a national survey found that 3% of children have borderline or high blood pressure (BP) values.Studies have also shown that increasing BP during childhood can strongly predict the onset of high blood pressure in young adults. The long-term complications of hypertension are numerous and justify early detection as weIl as closely monitoring the affected child. One of the methods for BP measurement is home blood pressure measurement (HBPM), but its teaching method is poorly documented in children. We used a quasi-experimental design with time series, without control group, to evaluate the effect of HBPM teaching on practical knowledge, the reliability of results and the perception of these children and their families. After they attended an education pro gram on HBPM, we found children had gained excellent practical knowledge. The reliability of the results is very interesting, as we found a very good transcription rate.Furthermore, we found that HBPM had been very well accepted by participants. In fact the results of this study may be use fuI to guide nurses in the teaching of HBPM with children.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
