نقش ناگویی خلقی و ابراز گری هیجانی در پیشبینی علائم جسمانی سازی در جانبازان

Abstract
مقدمه: علائم جسمانی سازی سطوح بالایی از نگرانی، اضطراب و واکنش افراطی در پاسخ به علائم فیزیکی را در افراد ایجاد میکند و گفته میشود که جسمانی سازی میتواند از اختلال در ابراز گری هیجان بوجود آمده باشد. با توجه به اهمیت این امر، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش ناگویی خلقی و ابرازگری هیجانی در پیشبینی علائم جسمانی سازی در جانبازان شهر شیراز در سال ۱۳۹۳ انجام گرفت. انجام گرفت. روش: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی است. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 125 جانباز مرد بود. نمونهها به روش در دسترس از شهر شیراز در سال ۱۳۹۳ انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از مقیاس ناگویی خلقی Toronto، پرسشنامه ابرازگری هیجانی Berkeley و خرده مقیاس جسمانی سازی آزمون تجدیدنظر شده فهرست علائم ۹۰ سؤالی (SCL-90 R) استفاده شد. دادههای بهدستآمده با استفاده از آزمونهای ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه خطی تحلیل شد. نتایج: نتایج همبستگی نشان داد علائم جسمانی سازی با دشواری در توصیف احساسات (34/0 r=و 001/0p<)، دشواری در تشخیص احساسات (39/0 r=و 001/0p<)، رابطه مثبت ولی با بیانگری منفی هیجان (17/0- r=و 03/0p=)، بیانگری مثبت هیجان (15/0- r =و 05/0p=) و نمره کلی ابرازگری هیجان (18/0- r =و 02/0p=) ارتباط منفی دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون خطی نیز نشان داد ۲۰درصد از کل واریانس علائم جسمانی سازی بهوسیله ناگویی خلقی بهویژه دشواری در تشخیص احساسات تبیین میشود. بحث: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان میدهد ناگویی خلقی و ابرازگری هیجانی در علائم جسمانی سازی نقش دارند. این یافتهها از این فرض حمایت میکنند که علائم جسمانی سازی را میتوان نوعی اختلال در بیان هیجان در نظر گرفت.
