Abstract
Change management is relevant for healthcare leaders at all levels. This article offers a literature review and pulls from the author's own experience to emphasize the importance of transformative, sustainable change. Leaders are reminded that change comes from within, draws from all levels of the organization, and must be pervasive throughout a project.
