Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

[Abstract] This paper proposes a new dynamics model for the simulation of flexible airships. The theoretical model integrates the flight dynamics, structural dynamics and aerodynamics, including the six degrees of freedom rigid-body motion, elastic deformation, gravity, aerostatic, aerodynamic and control forces. A comprehensive method is presented for the aerodynamic calculation, including added-mass terms, viscous effect, forces on the fins, forces on the hull due to the fins and axial drag. The coupling between the flexibility and aerodynamics is incorporated. A simulation program is then developed from the dynamics model and applied to analyze the flight behavior of the Skyship-500 airship. Simulation results for the rigid-body and elastic motions are shown in a numerical example for two cases of control surface deflection.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
