Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective:To investigate the clinical application status of specialized antibacterial drugs(SADs),and to analyze the rational use of SADs and evaluate the effect of intervention measures. Methods:The medical records from the SADs of inpatients of Changhai Hospital,in each quarter from April 2011 to June 2013,were randomly selected for the evaluation of the rational use of SADs,and the results were fed back timely to related departments. Results:A total of 2100 medical records were selected. Results showed that the proportion of irrational application of SADs decreased from 78%(before intervention) to 25%(after intervention)(P0.001).Of all the cases, the proportion of unauthorized prescription decreased most prominently. Conclusion:After over 2 years of intervention, the rationality in the application of SADs has been greatly improved in the hospital.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
