Abstract
パルス流動層では, 流動化空気の流入と閉止の二つの連続する期間が一つのサイクルとして操作される. 流動化空気閉止期間に層全体で静止層が形成される断続的流動下において, 粒子混合や伝熱特性に大きな影響を及ぼす気泡特性への粒子径, 流動化空気流速, 初期粒子層高の影響を検討した. 気泡数ならびに気泡径の経時変化の評価は, デジタルビデオカメラ観察により行った. その結果, 静止層への流動化空気の流入は, 通常の気泡流動化または静止層リフトを伴う大気泡流動のいずれかを起こすことが分かった. 流動化空気流速ならびに初期粒子層高の増加とともに, 通常の気泡流動化から静止層リフトを伴う大気泡流動に移行することが確認された. また, 粒子径の減少により, より低空気流速においてもパルス流動層に特徴的な静止層リフトを伴う大気泡流動が確認された.
