Abstract
This guide offers a detailed historical, technical and artistic study of five ceramic pieces chosen among the 38 that constitute this exhibition on the evolution of ceramics in Quebec since the 1930’s. Chan provides information on the development of small factories and independent workshops, on European and Japanese influences on the local production and on the latest techniques developed for the medium. Includes a list of cultural activities organized around the exhibition. Texts in French and English. 1 bibl. ref.
