P-067 YI Montreal Classification for Crohnʼs Disease in Two Reference Centers from Bahia/Brazil
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Crohn's disease (CD) is complex and multifactorial, with heterogeneous clinical presentation. In Brazil, the prevalence is not well known. Because this disease is extremely variable in its clinical expression, it was proposed the Montreal classification (2005), aimed to standardize the description and the study of the CD subtypes. Cross-sectional study. It was evaluated CD patients from reference centers in the state of Bahia from March/2006 to May/2007. Inclusion criteria: age ≥ 18 years, diagnosis of CD confirmed by clinical, radiological and histopathological findings. 91 patients was included. The main characteristics observed were age at diagnosis between 17 and 40 years (n = 55/68,9%), ileocolic location (n = 43/52,4%) and no stricturing no penetrating behavior (n = 63/68,9%). The involvement of the upper gastrointestinal tract was found in 8 patients. The frequency of ileocolic location observed was 63,6% in patients under 16 years, 52% between 17 and 40 years and 47,6% more than 40 years. The perianal disease was observed in 44,4% of patients. In these 2 reference centers of Bahia/Brazil the characteristics of CD, according to Montreal classification, are similar to findings described in other centers. Of note is the high frequency of perianal involvement.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
