Abstract
困難気道管理ガイドラインとして，米国麻酔科学会「困難気道管理に関する診療ガイドライン」（ASA-DAA）・英国Difficult Airway Society（DAS）ガイドライン・カナダのCanadian Airway Focus Group（CAFG）の推奨を紹介した．ASA-DAAは困難気道管理における普遍的な考え方を示したものである．CAFGの推奨はASA-DAAに比べて具体的な記述が多く，アルゴリズムも単純であることから，理解しやすいアルゴリズムである．Airway Approach Algorithmは麻酔導入・気道確保をどのように行うかを判断するために非常に有用である．
