Acute pancreatitis – a complication of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography
Bibliographic record
Abstract
StreszczenieW Ws st tę ęp p: : Ostre zapalenie trzustki (OZT) jest najczęstszym powikłaniem endoskopowej cholangiopankreatografii wstecznej (ECPW).Może ono przebiegać jako ciężka postać OZT.C Ce el l: : Ocena ciężkości występowania OZT w grupie chorych, u któ rych wykonano ECPW.M Ma at te er ri ia ał ł i i m me et to od dy y: : Analizie poddano 228 chorych, u których wykonano ECPW od kwietnia 2006 do kwietnia 2009 roku na Klinicznym Oddziale Chirurgii Ogólnej, Onkologicznej i Endokrynologicznej Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Zespolonego w Kielcach.Kobiety stanowiły 61% chorych, a mężczyźni 39%.Wska zaniami do wykonania ECPW były: kamica żółciowa u 101 chorych (44%), zwężenie głównej drogi żółciowej u 100 chorych (44%), nowotwór pola dwunastniczo--trzustkowego u 23 cho rych (10%) i inne u 4 chorych (2%).Endoskopową cholangiopankreatografię wsteczną wykonywano w znieczuleniu ogólnym przy użyciu duodenoskopu zabiegowego.W zależności od patologii usuwano złogi z głównej drogi żółciowej lub zakładano protezę żółciową.W Wy yn ni ik ki i: : Wśród 228 chorych, u których wykonano ECPW, OZT rozpoznano u 6 osób (2,6%).Objawy kliniczne tej choroby występowały najczęściej w ciągu 6-12 godzin po zabiegu endoskopowym.Ostre zapalenie trzustki rozpoznawano na podstawie objawów klinicznych oraz podwyższonej aktywności amylazy w surowicy.W 3 przypadkach na podstawie przebiegu klinicznego i stężenia białka C-reaktywnego rozpoznano ciężką postać OZT.W tej grupie zmarło 2 chorych (33%).W Wn ni io os sk ki i: : Ostre zapalenie trzustki jest rzadkim powikłaniem ECPW.U części chorych może odpowiadać ciężkiej postaci tej choroby (według klasyfikacji z Atlanty).
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
