Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This study had as goal to evaluate the functional capacity of elderly women with knee osteoarthritis subjected to physiotherapictreatment. This is a descriptive study with crosssectional design, with a sample of 25 individuals at 60 years of age or more, female, living in the city of Jequie (BA). Data collection was done in eight physiotherapy clinics of the city of Jequie (BA). Pain and stiffness intensity, and functionality degree were mesured by Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Index (WOMAC). The correlations between functional capacity and age with functionality were calculated by the Qui-square test (Software SPSS version 15.0 ® ). The variables occupation, education and age were characterized by a sociodemographic questionnaire. There was a statistical difference between the variables pain and functional capacity. However, there was no statistical significance between the variables age and functionality, neither between the variables stiffness and functionality. Accordingly, it was concluded that the improvement of functionality in the group under study is directly related to the reduction of manifestations of pain.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
