Abstract
Ellen Fink-Samnick, LCSW, CCM, CRC, is a Commissioner of the Commission for Case Manager Certification, the first and largest nationally accredited organization that certifies case managers (www.ccmcertification.org), and Chair of the Commission's Committee on Ethics and Professional Conduct. She is also president of EFS Supervision Strategies, LLC, in Burke, Virginia, and has 27 years of experience developing innovative case management models for health and mental health care. She serves as Adjunct Faculty for George Mason University and Northern Virginia Community College.
