In Brief The Church Health Center (CHC) in Memphis, Tennessee has worked to fill gaps in healthcare since 1987. With the advent of the Affordable Care Act and millions unable to afford insurance, the CHC is partnering with faith community nurses in new opportunities to offer wholistic healthcare toward wellness.
