Abstract
Advantest V93000 tester provides the utility lines to allow users to control the external devices on a DUT board, such as relays, EEPROMs, and indicators. Users can change the utility line setting by sending the dedicated firmware commands. However, because the sequencer breaks when the utility lines act, the test execution is interrupted and the test time increases considerately. To solve this issue, V93000 tester provides a new way to control utility lines without breaking the sequencer. Users can use utility lines to operate the external devices, synchronizing with the sequencer, at the cost of four additional digital pins. This paper introduces the concept of test sequencer synchronization. It also describes the process of switching and reading the utility line synchronizing with the sequencer. Finally the result is provided that the proposed procedure works effectively and the cost of test time is reduced greatly.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
