Abstract
Sue Jensen, PhD, RN, CCM, MSCC, is chair-elect of the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC), the first and largest nationally accredited organization that certifies case managers (www.ccmcertification.org). To date, the CCMC has board certified more than 35,000 professional case managers. Dr. Jensen is also part owner of ALARIS, a case management company that offers specialized consulting services to maximize the recovery of injured employees.
