Abstract
Jeodezi ve Jeofizik alanlarnda yerin gravite alannn belirlenmesi ile ilgili pek ok gncel alma bulunmaktadr. Potansiyeli, ortalama deniz yzeyi potansiyeline yakn olan jeopotansiyel yzey "geoit", bir dey datum olarak ykseklik sistemlerinin temelini oluturur ve bu nedenle, koordinat transformasyonu, llerin indirgenmesi, younluk aratrmalar ve benzeri almalarda zel bir neme sahiptir. Bir santimetre geoidinin belirlenmesi ile ilgili almalar devam etmektedir. Bir cm-geoidi GNSS'den (Trkiye iin TUSAGA-Aktif) rasyonel yararlanmann temel kouludur. Bu almada gncel astro-jeodezik gzlemlere ilikin Avrupa genelinde devam eden almalara yer verilmitir.
