Abstract

Este estudo descreve e analisa uma “Formação de Agentes Socioambientais” ocorrida no ano de 2014 na cidade deVitória/ES. Trata-se de uma investigação de caráter qualitativo desenvolvida na forma de um estudo de caso queutilizou, para a construção dos dados, as técnicas da observação participante e da entrevista. A análise dos dadosdeu-se à luz de categorias que enfatizam, não o conteúdo, mas a forma de desenvolvimento da ação a partir dasetapas didáticas da Pedagogia Histórico-Crítica (PHC). Buscou-se, com esta investigação, detectar as possíveis contribuiçõesda ação educativa desenvolvida a partir da PHC para o alcance de uma Alfabetização Científica que tenhacomo eixo a sustentabilidade socioambiental. Considerou-se, ao final, que a Formação de Agentes na forma comofoi reproduzida demonstra potencialidades para se desenvolver uma tecnologia social com reverberações num processoeducativo inovador que demonstrou indícios de que pode contribuir para a efetivação dos objetivos propostos.
