Abstract
In Brief We report a rare case of spontaneous clitoral epidermal cyst without any declared previous female genital mutilation. This patient was successfully and surgically resected with good local and cosmetic results. A case of the rare epidermoid cyst of the clitoris in a 22-year-old woman is presented.
