Abstract
Early repolarization pattern is characterized by the presence of J-point elevation ≥1 mm in ≥2 contiguous inferior and/or lateral leads of a standard 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG).1 Early repolarization syndrome (ERS) is diagnosed in a patient resuscitated from otherwise unexplained ventricular fibrillation (VF) or polymorphic ventricular tachycardia (PMVT) in the presence of these same ECG criteria.1–5 We describe an interesting case of a young patient with multiple episodes of recurrent VF in the context of ERS.
