[...]we thought it was time to issue a call to advance our scholarship on enablement, globally. [...]in all three countries, the right to fair and equitable employment is guaranteed at the system level; however, in all three countries, many examples can be found where these laws are not translated into policy or the policy is not adhered to by the organization.
