Abstract
La presente etude porte sur la mise a l'epreuve, aupres de 561 collegiens francais âges de 11 a 17 ans, d'une version abregee d'un test de closure standard qui fut elabore en Belgique francophone. Les resultats montrent que cette version possede un niveau d'homogeneite interne eleve, tant au niveau de l'eleve que de la classe comme unites d'analyse statistique, soutiennent sa validite convergente et permettent d'etudier les determinants des performances en closure. Ils indiquent que ce test evalue essentiellement deux facteurs, dont les structures grammaticales et la maitrise du vocabulaire. Les resultats obtenus soutiennent le bien-fonde de l'utilisation de la closure rationnelle.
