Abstract
Die soziologie der jugend in Canada (1965-1980) In diesem Artikel geht es darum, eine Genealogie der Wissensbildung in diesem Bereich auszuarbeiten und zwar durch Analyse der Pioniertexte. So erfährt man, dass in Quebec sowie in anderen Ländern die Jugendlichen ein soziologisches Beobachtungsfeld, ein Thema für Verwaltungsintervention und Medien-und Politikdebatte geworden sind, als sie als ein soziales Problem empfunden worden sind. Das Empfinden einer Beschleunigung der Zeit, eines Bruches mit der Tradition und das Bewusstsein des Eintritts in die Modernität haben die Forscher dazu geführt, die Jugend als die Drehscheibe der zeitgenössischen Gesellschaften zu betrachten.
