The main disagreement he had with our paper is that he found it difficult to understand how the data points plotted on figure 5 of Fereidoni and Atkinson (2014; hereafter referred to as FA14) were calculated, and he surmised that they might be in error. We take this opportunity to more fully document the calculation of the data points in question...
