Abstract
I appreciate the work that commentators have put into their responses and the insightful critiques and ideas they have contributed in response to my essay, "Systematically Identified Failure Is the Route to a Successful Health System" (2015). I begin with a brief summary of the essay and then provide my perspective on those comments.
