Abstract
生物学的排水処理システムでは, 阻害物によって処理性能が影響を受けることがある. このレスポンスを表現する従来の数学モデルは, 微生物の反応速度が阻害物の濃度によって直接的に定まる可逆的反応を仮定しているケースが多く, 阻害物による微生物の失活という不可逆的な現象を含めて表すことに充分でなかった. 本研究では, これら2つをまとめる新たな数学モデルを考え, 高濃度では毒物として働く濃度阻害性の基質である亜硝酸の生物酸化反応を例として, 可逆的阻害を増殖反応, 不可逆的阻害を自己死滅反応のステージにそれぞれマッピングした. 開発したモデルは亜硝酸濃度が0-2,000mg-N/Lの回分条件やSRT = 20 dの連続条件で亜硝酸の生物酸化反応を一定の精度で表現することができた.
