Abstract
A tetrathiafulvalene vinylogue (TTFV) and phenylacetylene based conjugated polymer was designed and synthesized. The polymer backbone can reversibly fold and unfold under the control of redox and acid/base stimuli. This conformational switching property allows the polymer to reversibly disperse and release single-walled carbon nanotubes in organic solvents in a controlled manner, which in turn offers a new non-covalent functionalization method for single-walled carbon nanotube processing.
