Abstract
専門的な興味および研究者が必要とする情報のタイプにより、これまで数多くの糖転移酵素アッセイ法が開発されてきた。これらのアッセイ法は、酵素を精製する時や酵素を用いて有機反応を行う時の酵素活性のモニター、詳細なメカニズムおよび阻害の評価、新規な酵素の活性あるいは阻害剤のハイスループットなスクリーニングに用いられる。これらのすべての応用に対する代表的なアッセイ法を、その利点および限界をふくめてこの総説にまとめた。
