The microfluidic Tempe cell, a new tool for measuring multiphase flow parameters, is presented. The cell is suitable for acquiring the saturation-dependent capillary pressure, Pc(S), and relative permeability, kr(S), for thin porous PEMFC electrodes. A laser-drilled porous Teflon sample for the validation of capillary pressure measurement is also presented.
