Abstract
Linda Chalmers, BSN, RN, CCM, WCLA, is former Commissioner and past Chair of the Commission for Case Manager Certification, which is the first and largest nationally accredited organization that certifies case managers. She has been a field case manager for many years, and is currently a telephonic case manager for Zurich Services Corporation.
