À partir d’une recherche comparative sur la formation en entreprise au Québec et en France, les auteurs analysent le développement de la formation et son articulation avec l’emploi et le travail, ainsi que la portée des formations innovantes dans les entreprises. Ils examinent les relations formelles entre la formation, l’entreprise et le travail, puis abordent les dimensions essentielles du développement de la formation en entreprise au Québec et en France. Ils terminent par un examen des liens entre le développement récent de la formation professionnelle en entreprise et la segmentation sociale.
