Abstract
Esta investigacion tiene como objetivo demostrar que existe una relacion estrecha entre las condiciones laborales, la calidad de vida en el trabajo que proporciona el empleador canadiense y el servicio que ofrecen los consulados mexicanos en las provincias de Ontario y Quebec, en Canada, con los incumplimientos al contrato laboral por parte del Trabajador Agricola Mexicano (TAM) que participa en el Programa de Trabajadores Agricolas Migratorios Temporales Mexicanos en Canada (PTAT).
