La mise en place de modalités de transformation de pratiques s’avère toujours un défi. Dans cette étude, un processus de supervision classique est implanté auprès d’intervenants afin de les aider à devenir formateurs auprès de leurs pairs. De façon à favoriser l’adoption d’une posture réflexive des supervisés, les auteurs se sont appuyés sur le modèle de l’apprentissage expérientiel de Kolb. La démarche d’accompagnement s’est déroulée sur trois mois et a jumelé des rencontres individuelles et collectives, pratiques et théoriques, respectant les besoins des supervisés et de l’organisme mandataire. L’objectif de l’étude est de décrire l’expérience des supervisés par rapport au dispositif d’accompagnement offert et l’impact perçu sur leur prestation. À ces fins, un entretien de groupe mené auprès de cinq formateurs a permis de recueillir leurs perceptions. Les résultats font ressortir les enjeux, les défis et les avantages d’un dispositif d’accompagnement enrichi d’une pratique réflexive structurée et soutenue.
