Abstract
De nombreuses fêtes rythment le calendrier annuel des Romains dans tout l’Empire. Leur dénominateur commun est d’être religieuses et collectives et les festivités qui se déroulent en contexte militaire, au sein des légions, n’échappent pas à cette règle. Il s’agit tout à la fois de fêtes officielles liées à la célébration du pouvoir impérial et de la triade capitoline, de fêtes romaines traditionnelles tournées vers la vénération des multiples divinités du panthéon gallo-romain et de fêtes plus spécifiquement militaires (fête des enseignes, parades…). Pour le camp légionnaire de Strasbourg-Argentorate, nos connaissances reposent essentiellement sur les découvertes archéologiques (sculptures, figurines en bronze, inscriptions) livrées par les fouilles archéologiques depuis plus de deux siècles.
