Abstract
Les études sociolinguistiques francophones dans le champ du tourisme sont centrées sur la valorisation et la reconnaissance des minorités culturelles et linguistiques. À travers des recherches menées au Canada, il s’agira de montrer quelles sont les méthodes d’enquêtes ethnographiques et les approches théoriques analytiques utilisées pour explorer de tels terrains. On montrera que l’analyse discursive des données permet d’éclairer les notions d’authenticité et de commodification linguistique mobilisées, dans le cadre “d’expériences touristiques”, à des fins identitaires.
