Abstract
I bambini di Ascanio Celestini hanno un’identità incerta, i loro caratteri trasmigrano, si espandono come malattie esantematiche. la loro visione del mondo è fluida e nomade. È una cifra che troviamo in quasi tutti i suoi lavori. Questo saggio analizza La pecora nera, un’opera in cui il processo di desoggettivizzazione acquista un peso particolare perché Nicola è un internato di un ospedale psichiatrico, e la sua patologia ne fa un migrante psichico. Con Ascanio Celestini siamo agli antipodi del teatro ottocentesco, volto a far identificare lo spettatore nel dramma di protagonisti dal profilo psicologico preciso. Assistiamo ad un procedimento di spossessamento identitario, di pensiero ‘debole,’ come fattore di un nuovo dialogo, apertura, capacità di interscambio. Lo status di bambino, presente in quasi tutti i lavori di Celestini non designa un’età anagrafica, ma piuttosto un modo di essere e di osservare il mondo circostante.
