Abstract
Ce texte, version résumée d'un volume d'habilitation à diriger les recherches (HDR), expose les résultats d'une recherche conduite sur trois terrains internationaux pour identifier les facteurs de réussite dans les processus de construction locale d'une offre de santé communautaire. Ces résultats sont ensuite confrontés au terrain français dans une démarche de recherche action.
