Bien malin celui qui saurait prédire avec exactitude à quoi ressemblera le monde en 2025. Comment alors développer aujourd’hui nos talents pour qu’ils deviennent les leaders dont nos organisations auront besoin dans un avenir rapproché ? Nous avons interrogé près d’une dizaine d’experts à ce sujet. Tous s’accordent à dire que dans un environnement volatile, incertain, complexe et ambigu, le choix d’un leader ne portera pas tant sur des compétences précises que sur son potentiel de réussite. Voici dix qualités qui l’aideront à accroître ce potentiel.
