Abstract
The author made an attempt to give general characteristics of the land subdivision on the South of Ukraine in the last quarter of the ХVІІІ – early ХІХ centuries and related to this issue conflicts. The author analyzes the ways and opportunities of solution of these problems by means of appealing to administrative and judicial authorities of the region
