Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This article profiles the Dubai Airport and its role in Dubai’s strategic plan for 2015, which lays specific emphasis on travel and tourism, trade and transportation and logistics, among others, as conducive sectors for future economic growth. The author reports that the total value of investments in Dubai’s tourism, hospitality, leisure, entertainment and real estate projects over the next five to seven years is estimated to be approximately US$ 365 billion. Defying a downward trend in international travel worldwide, passenger traffic at Dubai International Airport passed the 9.5 million mark in the first quarter of 2009, which represents an increase of two percent over the corresponding period in 2008. The author describes the facilities at Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum International Airport, the Executive Jet Centre, and the Dubai Cargo Village.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
