Abstract
Alors que plusieurs études ont analysé les effets de l’évolution des contextes socioéconomiques et organisationnels sur les enjeux et les dynamiques de la négociation collective, le métier même de négociateur a été le plus souvent laissé dans l’ombre. En se basant sur une étude empirique menée auprès de conseillers syndicaux œuvrant dans le secteur privé au Québec, cet article s’intéresse aux effets de l’évolution de la négociation collective sur le métier et les compétences des négociateurs syndicaux.
