Abstract
Qualifié de nouveau « mal du siècle », le stress au travail est désormais bien présent dans tous les milieux professionnels. Rattrapées par cette réalité et par les coûts faramineux qu’elle occasionne, plusieurs entreprises prennent un « virage santé ». Cela dit, l’implantation de ces pratiques ne suffit pas à assurer l’intégration durable de la notion du bien-être des employés. En effet, aucune démarche ne peut faire l’économie de s’intéresser à l’acteur qui, ultimement, a le plus fort impact sur le personnel : le gestionnaire !
