Abstract

La crise de 2007 n’est pas une simple crise financière ; elle est une crise du modèle d’endettement et s’est transformée en une crise protéiforme. Cette crise révèle également une autre crise ; celle de l’enseignement et de la recherche en mana-gement et en finance tout particulièrement. En nous appuyant sur les travaux de Sumantra Ghoshal sur les théories et la pratique du management, nous proposons d’intégrer systématiquement l’enseignement de l’éthique dans les sciences de gestion pour ne plus les considérer comme des oxymores. Plus particulièrement, nous proposons de revisiter l’ensei-gnement et la recherche en finance en appelant à une recherche interdisciplinaire afin de lire l’objet « finance » avec des sociologues, des anthropologues ou des philosophes pour contrecarrer l’autoréférentialité de cette finance qui a mis à mal le monde.
