Ce texte présente, dans une approche communicationnelle, une grille d’analyse de l’intégration des fusions-acquisitions (F/A). Cette grille, fondée sur une vision constructionniste de l’organisation, définit l’intégration comme processus de « ré-organisation ». Elle montre que cette « ré-organisation » se produit dans une chaîne de conversations diverses : le conseil de guerre, le conclave, l’assemblée des chefs, les réunions de familles reconstituées, les conversations de travail. Cette chaîne de conversations locales est ponctuée de moments clés qui marquent des étapes importantes du processus d’intégration de la F/A : la prise de connaissance du changement et la réaction qu’elle suscite. Après avoir explicité les différents éléments de la grille, ce texte en décrit les avantages et limites et propose des pistes de recherche pour l’avenir.
