Abstract
Partant d’une expérience d’élu local, je présente dans ce texte quelques exemples de communs qui ont émergé dans une politique publique du numérique s’appuyant sur une dynamique contributive. Ces communs locaux permettent d’éclairer des facteurs facilitant du mouvement des communs immatériels. Avec le souci d’une attention particulière portée aux individus, du « faire avec », du « pouvoir d’agir », ces communs immatériels rejoignent d’autres dynamiques locales tels les jardins partagés, la fabrication libre. Je tenterai d’expliquer le lien étroit entre coopération et communs et l’apport de la formation aux pratiques collaboratives dans le développement de communs portés par des réseaux locaux coopératifs. À un moment où nos sociétés en crise doivent trouver les chemins des transitions écologique, numérique, du travail et citoyenne, les communs locaux sont-ils un sens partagé susceptible de favoriser une transformation vers une société plus solidaire qui ouvre une place à chacun et chacune ?
