Nous dévoilons ici les résultats d’une étude qui a été menée à l’UQAR en 2013, auprès de 44 étudiants au baccalauréat en enseignement primaire. Cette étude avait pour objectif d’explorer la genèse instrumentale des télévoteurs en formation initiale à l’enseignement des mathématiques. Elle dépeint ainsi la perspective du didacticien souhaitant utiliser les télévoteurs pour instrumenter ses pratiques. Pour atteindre cet objectif, nous avons d’abord intégré les télévoteurs dans nos cours de didactique. Nous avons ensuite observé les processus d’instrumentalisation et d’instrumentation, lesquels rendent compte de la genèse instrumentale de cet outil.
