Ce texte est celui d’une vidéoconférence enregistrée à HEC Montréal et qui a été présentée lors de la dernière convention annuelle de l’APM (Association Progrès Management) devant un parterre de 2300 dirigeants de PME (Lyon, 3 octobre 2009). Seul le format a été revu pour s’adapter à celui de Décisions Marketing. Sa publication a été convenue, de plein accord, entre les dirigeants de l’APM et l’auteur.
