Abstract
Depuis quelques années au Québec, le secteur vitivinicole est en plein développement. Cependant, ce secteur reste encore à l'étape du démarrage et fait face à plusieurs défis d'ordre climatiques et économiques, qui limitent son développement et sa compétitivité. Ce contexte est porteur d'innovations multiples. Ces innovations touchent tout à la fois les domaines technique et technologique (choix des cépages, amélioration des processus de culture et de vinification) mais aussi le domaine organisationnel et institutionnel (nouveaux modes de coordination des acteurs, nouvelles règles et normes, etc .). Nous avons étudié les différents types d'innovation qui structurent le secteur, mais également en nous fondant sur les travaux de l'école évolutionniste de l'innovation, nous avons mis en évidence le rôle des acteurs dans ces processus et la manière dont le territoire peut soutenir les activités d'innovation.
