Ce texte décrit une démarche effectuée dans un contexte de renouvellement de pratique par une équipe d’intervenants au Département des sciences de l’éducation (DSE) de l’Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO). Cette démarche a donné lieu à la mise à l’essai d’un dispositif organisationnel impliquant la concertation entre bibliothécaires et professeurs, et s’adressant aux étudiants de première année en enseignement préscolaire et primaire. L’article présente le dispositif, un cadre de référence et l’instrumentation utilisée. Une réflexion sur l’ensemble du dispositif et de la démarche utilisée suit la discussion des principaux résultats, analysés par des voies qualitatives et quantitatives.
