Several mould steel with fine mechanical properties were introduced: 7Cr7Mo2V2Si(LD), is a kind of high-toughness mould steel with fine toughness and wearable; 10Ni3MnCuAl(PMS), is a kind of limitation hardened mirror surface plastic mould steel. Its has a good mirror surface manufacturing properties, cold hot manufacturing properties and electric manufacturing properties, and less heat treatment deformation; 4Cr5Mo2MnVSi(Y10), a special kind of steel for aluminum alloy casting mould, has good anti-cold anti-hot fatigue properties, less heat treatment deformation, and good anti-aluminum melt properties; 4Cr3Mo2MnVNbB(Y4), a kind of steel used in heating, has good toughness, good heated stability, and good anti-cold anti-hot fatigue properties; 4Cr3Mo3W4VNb(GR), a kind of steel used in heating, has a high intensity in high temperature, good heated stability, and good anti-cold anti-hot fatigue properties.
